1. Average serum glucose levels are under 125 for the week; me likes this muchly.

2. Every so often, the people behind WoW outdo themselves. Occasionally there is a quest chain (a series of quests that must be completed sequentially, usually with world story line lore as a big part of them) that simply rocks. In the new expansion, there is a chain that exceeds expectations so completely and tells such a good lore-filled story that the experience brought tears to my eyes. The Wrath Gate chain is impressive from end to end and has a little of everything, except escort quests (thank Goddess for that! I hate WoW escort quests; there is an entire outdoor instance in the Caverns of Time alternate-history instance group which is one long escort quest; the escortee is the future Horde war chief Thrall).

3. Hit level 80 with my main. Woot!
